• MailerLite for optional product and pilot emails. The integration must be configured so that the optional checkbox is required before transfer and a double opt-in confirmation is sent.

Provider details, account locations and contractual safeguards must be checked and this notice updated before the form is activated.

6. Analytics and cookies

The initial website does not include advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics. It may use essential hosting and security data required to deliver the website. Non-essential analytics should not be added without updating this notice and introducing an appropriate consent mechanism where required.

7. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. The applicable locations and transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
